Planned Parenthood Mar Monte in Fresno, CA seeks a Health Services Specialist I to join our Fulton health center. You will provide direct service across health center areas, handle front desk check-in/check-out, schedule appointments, collect payments, and ensure accurate charting in the EPM system.

This role requires strong customer service, ability to work nights/weekends as needed, and comfort with discussing sensitive health topics in a diverse patient population.

Formación

• Familiarity with Windows-based computer applications and willingness to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, manage front desk check-in/out, schedule appointments and collect payment information.
• Enter patient data accurately into the Electronic Practice Management System (EPM) and ensure chart readiness.
• Support back-office lab and clinical tasks as needed, including basic specimen handling and room prep.
• Maintain professional patient relations and adhere to all health center policies and procedures.
