Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide information at front desk; schedule appointments and collect payment and insurance information for billing.
• Enter accurate patient data into the Electronic Practice Management (EPM) system and prepare charts for next-day referrals.
• Process end-of-day billing, post charges, and ensure charges are completed by close of business.
• Coordinate with health center staff and billing for information to complete billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Support lab and direct care tasks as needed, including basic tests and specimen handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient areas and ensure patient confidentiality.
