Responsibilities

• Answer all customer incoming calls and respond to emails from clinic accounts.
• Direct inquiries to proper departments and staff members.
• Resolve customer issues and support other departments as needed.
• Cross-sell Occupational Health Services and Safety Council services.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits to optimize time and resources.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and stock necessary forms.
• Learn and use the HASC OmniCouncil and related systems.
