Job summary

Best Buy Health is seeking a Health Services Response Advisor to support Consumer and Commercial PERS customers, handling emergency and non-emergency requests by phone or electronic channels. The role is onsite in San Antonio, Texas, with training provided and shift options including overnights and weekends for higher pay.

You’ll triage, log communications, and coordinate Lyft rides when needed. This position requires at least 2 years in customer service or a call center, with CSA certification

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience.
• CSA certification coursework upon hire required.
• CSA certification coursework paid on the job training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of individuals reaching out for support across medical, social, or wellness reasons.
• Respond to alerts pertaining to devices and residential living facilities with urgency.
• Advocate for members, triage calls, and report crisis situations to appropriate agencies.
• Dispatch Lyft rides to support transportation needs for customers.
• Create logs of all communications to ensure safety and needs.
• Monitor member incidents in real-time, escalate to clinical stakeholders as needed.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience required.
• CSA certification coursework upon hire required (paid on the job training facilitated upon hire).
