Job summary

Best Buy Health in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a Health Services Response Advisor to support Consumer and Commercial PERS customers with emergency and non-emergency requests by phone and electronically. This onsite role requires training at a Best Buy Health location and joining the Health Services Response team.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, triaging calls, dispatching Lyft rides, logging communications, and escalating to clinical stakeholders when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience required.
• Prior certification and/or successful completion of the CSA certification coursework upon hire required (paid on the job training facilitated upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of individuals across medical, social, or wellness scenarios.
• Respond to alerts and provide urgent and routine support when needed.
• Advocate for members and triage calls, reporting crises to appropriate agencies.
• Support transportation needs by dispatching Lyft rides.
• Create logs of all communications to ensure safety and service quality.
• Monitor incidents in real-time and escalate to clinical stakeholders as needed.
