Job summary

Best Buy Health in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a Health Services Response Advisor to receive, evaluate and prioritize emergency and non-emergency requests for assistance from Consumer and Commercial PERS customers. The role is onsite at a Best Buy Health location and requires you to train and work locally.

You will respond to alerts, triage calls, coordinate Lyft rides, document communications, and escalate to clinical stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience required.
• CSA certification coursework completed upon hire (paid on-the-job training).

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs of individuals reaching out for support across urgent and routine situations.
• Respond to alerts and coordinate Lyft rides and other transportation needs.
• Create accurate logs of all communications and escalate to clinical stakeholders as needed.
