Best Buy Health is seeking a Health Services Response Advisor to support Consumer and Commercial PERS customers. The role is onsite in San Antonio, Texas, with training at a Best Buy Health location and potential for overnight/weekend shifts with differential pay.

You will assess urgent and routine needs, triage calls, dispatch Lyft rides, and log all interactions to protect member safety. Must have 2+ years of customer service and CSA coursework upon hire.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience required.
• Prior certification and/or successful completion of the CSA certification coursework upon hire required (paid on the job training facilitatedupon hire)
• Experience in healthcare and/or technology field preferred.

• Assess needs of individuals seeking medical, social, or wellness support across urgent and routine situations.
• Respond to alerts and requests for assistance from customers and systems with appropriate urgency.
• Advocate for members, triage calls, and report crisis situations to relevant agencies.
• Coordinate transportation needs by dispatching Lyft rides as required.
• Create logs of all communications to ensure safety and needs are met.
• Monitor real-time incidents and escalate to clinical stakeholders as needed.
