Job summary

Best Buy Health in Reno, Nevada is seeking a Health Services Response Advisor to support Consumer and Commercial PERS customers by receiving, evaluating and prioritizing emergency and non-emergency requests via phone and electronic channels. You will maintain compassion and accuracy while adhering to established protocols.

This onsite role requires CSA certification upon hire and at least 2 years in customer service or call center work, with the ability to work all shifts, including overnights

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience.
• CSA certification coursework completed upon hire (paid on the job).

Responsibilities

• Assess needs of individuals seeking medical, social, or wellness support across urgent and routine situations.
• Respond to alerts and devices, prioritizing appropriately and escalating as needed.
• Advocate for members, triage calls, and report crises to appropriate agencies.
• Support transportation via Lyft dispatch for customers.
• Create logs of communications to ensure safety and needs are met.
• Monitor incidents in real-time and coordinate with clinical stakeholders.
