Harborview Medical Center, part of UW Medicine, is seeking a Health Service Manager to lead the 3 West clinics and related departments. This role oversees daily operations, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure safe, high‑quality care in a busy urban setting.

You will drive performance improvements, manage budgets, and guide strategic initiatives across Adult Medicine, Senior Care, Dermatology, Rheumatology and Occupational Medicine.

Formación

• At least 3 years’ leadership experience in health care program management
• An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily clinic operations, patient flow, and resource utilization to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality care.
• Drives quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and effective use of technology and data to enhance performance and outcomes.
• Develops and manages the clinic budget, optimizing revenue, expenses, and volume to meet financial and growth targets.
• Provides strategic direction, fosters collaboration, and leads continuous performance improvement aligned with organizational goals.
• Recruits, develops, evaluates, and schedules staff to ensure a competent workforce aligned with clinic needs and compliance requirements.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory standards, documentation requirements, and audit processes to maintain clinical and operational integrity.
• Promotes a patient-centered culture by modeling service excellence and addressing patient concerns proactively.
