Job summary

The Cigna Group offers the Health Service Leadership Development Program (HSLDP), a post-graduate leadership development track with three to four rotations across Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth. Rotations last 18–24 months each, spanning a 5–7 year program tenure, designed to build breadth and depth in health service leadership.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of The HSLDP Summer Associate Program is required.
• MBA, MPH or MHA from a competitive program preferred.
• 3–6 years of professional, full-time work experience.
• Healthcare experience or demonstrated interest through work/volunteer/education.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple lines of business and functional areas (3–4 rotations).
• Participate in 18–24 month rotations within a 5–7 year tenure.
• Develop leadership skills and measurable impact for the business.
• Engage with customers and key stakeholders while leading projects.
