Job summary

L3Harris is seeking candidates for its HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) Senior Associate. The program accelerates the development of future HR leaders through three 12-month rotations across U.S. locations, including HR business partner experiences, and mentorship.

Relocation support is provided with each required move. Ideal candidates are pursuing a master’s in HR-related fields with graduation in Spring/Summer 2027 or recent graduates, plus HR internship experience.

Qualifications

• pursuing a master’s degree with anticipated Spring/Summer 2027 graduation or completed within last 12 months
• at least one internship or three months of HR-related work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month rotations across HR disciplines, businesses, and U.S. locations
• Participate in or lead enterprise or segment-wide projects and initiatives
• Gain exposure to HR business partnership, talent management, acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, and workforce planning
• Develop and implement talent strategies aligned to business priorities
• Build relationships with HR executives and cross-functional teams
