We're seeking curious, driven individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and lead. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their careers who are excited to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting for a Fortune 500 health care leader. This role is designed to support your transition from academia to industry.
As an Operations Leadership Development Program associate, you\'ll rotate through operations-focused roles that support critical business processes and impact client, customer, and provider experiences. Experiences may vary by rotation and business area, and may include a mix of analytics, reporting, project management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, technical initiatives, governance, strategic planning, and leadership development opportunities.
Associates may work as individual contributors, leading projects and driving operational improvements, or as people leaders, overseeing team operations, setting goals, coaching team members, and supporting performance outcomes.
Client, Customer, and Provider operations may include work that supports employer or business customer needs, the individual or member experience, and health care professional or provider network operations.
Upon completing the program, Associates will be prepared to lead impactful projects, processes, and teams across the organization, supporting our vision of being the premier global health services company.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 62,600 - 104,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
