You’ll learn risk evaluation, pricing fundamentals, and portfolio management through immersive training, mentorship, and real responsibility. You’ll build confidence to influence strategy and manage risk with purpose and impact.

Based in a hybrid U.S. location, the program features a structured curriculum, leadership development, and potential rotation across products and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Preferred majors/minors include Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Mathematics, or Healthcare.
• Demonstrated quantitative capability and comfort with math and numbers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk characteristics and advise on pricing and terms.
• Apply quantitative analysis to evaluate profitability and trade-offs.
• Help manage a book of business by monitoring performance and trends.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to meet client needs and support retention.
• Negotiate with clients and brokers with clear rationale and follow-through.
• Share best practices to improve underwriting consistency and outcomes.
