Job summary

Generations LLC seeks a Health Services Director for Paradise Village in National City, CA. The role oversees care delivery to Memory Care residents, leads the care team, and ensures compliance with standards. Strong leadership and nursing credentials are essential.

The position is on-site, full-time, with travel as applicable and competitive benefits. Must have relevant health services leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a two-year degree in a related field and experience in health care and/or assisted living.
• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) or Registered Nurse.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience in a similar campus setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the care team in developing resident care plans and monitoring changing care needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards for community operation.
• Monitor policies, procedures, public relations, and employee morale.

Description

The Health Services Director in Parkview at Paradise Village ensures the delivery of exceptional care services to residents in the Memory Care community. The Health Services Director leads the care team in developing resident care plans and monitoring residents to ensure that changing care needs are met. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Monitors policies and procedures, public relations, and employee morale. Incorporate the Generation’s mission, vision, and values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Requirements:

• Must have a two-year degree in a related field and experience in health care and/or assisted living.

Schedule:

• Sundays to Thursdays, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• 8-Hour Shifts
• Must have weekend & holiday availability
