Job summary

Generations is seeking a Health Services Director for Parkview at Paradise Village in California to lead the care team, develop resident care plans, and monitor changing needs to ensure exceptional short- and long-term care for residents.

The role requires a two-year degree in a related field, a current LPN/LVN or RN license, CPR and First Aid certification, and at least three years of supervisory experience in a similar campus setting.

Job description

The Health Services Director in Parkview at Paradise Village ensures the delivery of exceptional care services to residents in the Memory Care community. The Health Services Director leads the care team in developing resident care plans and monitoring residents to ensure that changing care needs are met. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Monitors policies and procedures, public relations, and employee morale. Incorporate the Generation's mission, vision, and values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

Requirements

• Must have a two-year degree in a related field and experience in health care and/or assisted living.
• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) or Registered Nurse
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.
• Must have worked with people in a supervisory position in a similar campus setting for a minimum of three years.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient

Schedule

• Sundays to Thursdays, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• 8-Hour Shifts
• Must have weekend & holiday availability
