Job summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Health Services, you will maintain EHR documentation, communicate immunization requirements, ensure credentialing compliance, and support clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in administrative services.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulations.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review Health Information Records of students enrolled in the College of Nursing and School of Allied Health.
• Document health information in electronic health record systems and communicate health requirements to students.
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of medical records.
• Monitor student compliance with clinical credentialing requirements.
• Maintain clinic equipment and supplies; process requisitions for purchasing and stocking.
• Serve on committees as assigned.
