You'll update records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate processing of requests. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred, but not required, and the ideal candidate enjoys problem solving and helping others in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.
• Zero to two years of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about services, processes, accounts, or next steps.
• Listen to customer needs and help identify appropriate solutions.
• Research questions or concerns and coordinate with internal teams when additional support is needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure requests and outstanding items are resolved.
• Enter and update customer information accurately within company systems.
• Process requests, forms, documentation, and other customer information.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Help resolve customer concerns while creating a positive and professional experience.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers when applicable.
• Collaborate with coworkers and other departments to keep requests moving forward.
• Learn company systems, services, and processes through ongoing training.
