Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certifications, with at least six months working with MR/DD populations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6 months experience working with MR/DD population.
• Valid Driver's license and good driving skills.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) to meet standard driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Transport individuals served to medical appointments and advocate for their needs.
• Assist in health service office and with procedures as needed.
• Obtain medical documentation and forms; assist in coordinating care data.
