Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed an MBA (Master of Business Administration).
• At least 3 years of experience.
• MBA candidates must be within one year of graduation at application time.

Responsibilities

• Support client teams in health sector operations projects by gathering information, organizing materials, and tracking tasks.
• Conduct research on operational processes and service delivery practices across healthcare and life sciences organizations.
• Assist with data review and basic analysis to inform project discussions.
• Use digital tools and AI-enabled resources to organize work and draft content.
• Participate in project meetings by taking notes and following up on deliverables.
• Identify process gaps, workflow issues, and opportunities to improve operating efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to support transformation and implementation activities.
• Learn and apply consulting methods and professional standards in a client-facing environment.
