Responsibilities

• Assists with informational interviews and client meetings.
• Documents project requirements and business processes.
• Develops initial deliverables and draft solutions.
• Takes minutes and prepares meeting summaries for clients.
• Prepares reports and presentations using templates.
• Conducts industry research using tools and trade publications.
• Assists with proposals and documentation for engagements.
