Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Management Consulting Intern to support a segment of the MC practice, with exposure to Healthcare Consulting, Operational Excellence, Transformation & Technology, or Strategy & Innovation. The role emphasizes learning from experienced colleagues, participating in engagements, and developing client-ready deliverables.

You will assist with interviews, documentation, and research; draft reports and proposals; and help prepare client-ready materials using standard templates.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program; preferred focus in business, management, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic research skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with informational interviews and meeting facilitation with clients during engagements.
• Documents project requirements and business processes.
• Contributes to initial deliverables and client issue solutions.
• Takes meeting minutes and prepares summaries for clients.
• Prepares drafts of reports and presentations using templates.
