Job summary

PwC in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Management Consulting - Operations & Supply Chain Solutions Senior Associate Intern to support advisory work focused on improving business operations, supply chain flow, and execution across client environments.

You will assist teams, complete tasks, conduct research, and observe consultants to develop skills in listening, communication, and digital tooling while contributing to client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supporting client engagements by gathering information, organizing work products, and tracking task progress
• Participating in operations and supply chain projects by helping document processes, issues, and improvement ideas
• Conducting research on business operations, market trends, and process performance to inform team deliverables
• Assisting in data collection and analysis using digital tools, spreadsheets, and AI-enabled applications
• Preparing presentation materials, meeting notes, and project summaries for internal and client use
• Learning and applying consulting methods to identify process gaps, reduce cost, and improve execution
• Observing client discussions and team activities to build understanding of operational priorities and delivery expectations
• Coordinating routine follow-up actions and maintaining organized records for assigned project work
