Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Management Consulting Intern to support Healthcare, Operational Excellence, Transformation & Technology, Strategy & Innovation, People Strategy & Solutions, Turnaround & Restructuring, or Human Capital Management segments. You will work with experienced mentors to learn client processes, draft deliverables, and contribute to project work.

You'll assist with interviews, documentation, and research, while developing communication and analytical skills in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting project requirements and business processes.
• Support development of initial deliverables and client issue solutions.
• Attend client meetings and take minutes; produce summaries.
• Prepare drafts of reports and presentations using templates.
• Research client industries using tools and publications.
• Support proposal drafting and project work papers.
