Job summary

Motlow invites applications for a part-time Health Science Certificate Career Coordinator. The role supports faculty in health care certificate programs, focusing on recruitment and enrollment growth, reporting to the Dean of Healthcare Professions.

The position runs Oct 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, up to 25 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend work and travel within the service area. A post-secondary health care credential is required; recruitment experience in health care settings

Qualifications

• Post-secondary health care credential from an accredited college or university.
• Recruitment experience in health care programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in outreach efforts related to health care certificate programs
• Develop and maintain working relationships with community partners and high school staff to promote program requirements
• Attend career/college fairs and community events; travel within service area
• Coordinate event promotion with School of Healthcare Professions Coordinator via social media, signage, emails, newsletters, and printed materials
• Create and distribute promotional content to raise awareness and participation in certificate programs
• Maintain event calendars, schedules, and related documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned
