Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Texas is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead HSE across large-scale construction projects. You will oversee safety programs, compliance, and risk management while coordinating with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure timely, safe delivery.

The role requires strong communication, site leadership, and a track record of improving safety performance, with CCM/OSHA credentials encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• CCM certification preferred.
• OSHA 30/500/510 and other safety credentials are a plus.
• Experience implementing and monitoring HSE plans on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health, safety, and environmental performance on large-scale construction projects.
• Lead site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Manage contracts and budgets for direct HSE work.
• Develop detailed project safety plans and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address risk and safety improvements.
