Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support large-scale data center construction projects. The role requires leading HSE planning, coordinating safety audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in construction health and safety, CCM certification preferred, and a proven track record of improving safety outcomes on complex projects. On-site responsibilities and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• CCM certification preferred; OSHA 30/500/510 and BCSP credentials are advantageous.
• Proven experience implementing and monitoring HSE plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of overall construction effort and progress reporting.
• Develop detailed project HSE plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage contracts and budgets for direct contracts.
• Coordinate safety audits and site inspections.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including subcontractors.
