Job summary

BerQ RNG Inc. seeks a Health & Safety Director responsible for implementing compliance programs across all biogas project sites and offices. This role, reporting to the EVP and Chief Legal Officer, focuses on mitigating hazardous conditions and ensuring OSHA compliance.

With a required Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of industrial experience, candidates must have an ASP or CSP certification. The position involves safety oversight, training development, and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with digesters, landfills, oil and gas operations preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, computer communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety oversight to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Develop and update safety manuals and training programs.
• Conduct safety training and education programs.
• Investigate accidents to identify causes for prevention.
