Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Business Development - Strategy Director to drive top-priority initiatives across the Health Research segment. You will lead cross-functional programs, partner with senior leaders, and translate market and performance insights into strategic actions that impact revenue and KPI targets.

The role emphasizes long-range planning, executive storytelling, and a strong bias for action in a consultative environment.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/BA Degree or equivalent relevant experience; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years in strategy, business ops, or program management; 6+ years in consulting at a top firm or large company.
• Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to influence and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives with the GM.
• Operationalize segment initiatives; align product strategy, messaging, and marketing.
• Manage ongoing dashboard of strategic initiatives and KPIs.
• Synthesize performance data into executive narratives for MoR, VSP, MDM and senior forums.
• Partner with multiple functions to advance growth opportunities and investments.
