Job summary

Wolters Kluwer in the Health Research segment seeks a Strategy Director to drive priority initiatives and shape the long-term growth agenda. You will partner with the SVP & GM, lead cross-functional programs, and translate market insights into actionable plans.

The role requires 8+ years in strategy/operations, strong consulting or corporate background, and excellent communication. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading strategy, operations, and/or program management.
• 6+ years in consulting and strategy at a top firm or major corporation.
• Experience in publishing, life sciences, information services, or healthcare tech preferred.
• Strong communication for cross-organization programs and executive storytelling.
• Ability to move between long-term strategy and near-term decisions.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic initiatives to achieve operating and revenue goals.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional strategic initiatives for the GM.
• Operationalize segment initiatives with aligned product messaging.
• Manage dashboard of strategic initiatives and KPIs.
• Synthesize performance data into executive narratives for leadership forums.
