Job summary

WK Health is seeking a Business Development - Strategy Director who will drive top-priority initiatives and shape the long-range growth agenda for Health Research. You will partner with the SVP & GM to translate market insights into actionable plans and ensure alignment across product, publishing, commercial, and operations teams.

This role demands strong program leadership, analytical thinking, and executive storytelling to deliver clear choices and impact on revenue and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the execution of all strategic initiatives, leading to successful achievement of business operating and revenue goals.
• Lead selected high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives on behalf of the GM where success requires coordination across multiple functions.
• Partner with functional leaders to operationalize segment initiatives and ensure product strategy, messaging, and product marketing aligns with Health Research strategy.
• Manage ongoing dashboard of strategic initiatives and KPIs.
• Synthesize business performance, strategic progress, risks, opportunities and forward-looking priorities into a clear executive narrative for leadership forums.
