Ladders is seeking a Health Policy and Government Relations Partner to provide senior leadership at the intersection of health policy, policy monitoring, and external advocacy. This remote role influences state and federal policy responses and aligns government relations with enterprise priorities, collaborating with executive leadership.

For our client, we are seeking a Health Policy and Government Relations Partner to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will provide senior-level leadership at the intersection of health policy, legislative monitoring, and external advocacy. The partner will help shape the organization’s response to evolving state and federal policy developments while aligning government relations efforts with enterprise priorities. The position also requires close collaboration with executive leadership and participation in industry forums to advance shared healthcare objectives.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership in monitoring and interpreting legislative trends affecting healthcare delivery
• Oversee high-level analysis of proposed policies and provide strategic assessments to the executive team
• Direct the development of evidence-based policy positions and advocacy strategies
• Lead the drafting and presentation of policy briefs and executive-level reports
• Evaluate and communicate the impact of health policies on organizational priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field required
• Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of significant health policy experience required
• Deep understanding of government relations and long-range policy planning
• Knowledge of state and federal legislative processes and key stakeholders
