Job description

Introduction

The Maryland Prescription Drug Affordability Board (PDAB) is accepting applications for a HEALTH POLICY ANALYST ADVANCED.

Join a Team Leading the Nation in Prescription Drug Policy Innovation

The Maryland Prescription Drug Affordability Board (PDAB) is the first agency of its kind in the country—an independent, forward-thinking unit of state government dedicated to making prescription drugs more affordable and accessible for all Marylanders.

We’re tackling one of the most urgent challenges in health care: the high cost of prescription medications. The PDAB works across state agencies and with local governments to uncover what’s driving drug costs and to design bold, evidence-based solutions—like upper payment limits—to improve access and equity.

We’re looking for mission-driven, analytical, and creative problem-solvers who want to help shape the future of prescription drug affordability policy. If you’re passionate about public service and want to work on high-impact, first-in-the-nation policies, we want to hear from you.
