Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated outreach coordinator to engage Medicaid/Medicare members, improve benefit utilization, and support health outcomes. You will respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and in writing, and help ensure timely access to clinical services.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data handling, and collaboration with teams to support HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory requirements, with a 40-hour workweek and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ member outreach, health care marketing, and/or other health education experience.
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• 1+ years of experience working with data.
• Ability to work independently with a high attention to details.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years’ experience using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Preferred: QuickBase experience, QNXT experience, project management experience, analytic experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member outreach to ensure effective use of health plan benefits.
• Support outreach for noncompliant members to improve health outcomes.
• Assist with data capture and abstraction for HEDIS medical record review.
