CVS Health Corporation is hiring for a full-time role focused on member outreach to optimize health plan benefit usage and improve health outcomes in Medicare/Medicaid populations. You will respond to member inquiries across in-person, phone, and written channels, and support regulatory and quality initiatives including HEDIS data collection.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in member outreach or health education, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; bachelor’s degree

Position Summary

Coordinates member outreach to ensure effective use of health plan benefits, ensure member receipt of important clinical services, and to improve member health outcomes within the Medicaid or Medicare population. Responds to member inquiries in person, via telephone, and in writing. Provides support for Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) quality initiatives and regulatory and contractual requirements including outreach to members who are noncompliant in the designated outreach services. Supports effective medical record capture for HEDIS medical record review and abstraction of supplemental data.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years’ member outreach, health care marketing, and/or other health education experience
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
• 1+ years of experience working with data
• Ability to work independently with a high attention to details
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• 2+ years’ experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• QuickBase experience
• QNXT experience
• Project management experience
• Analytic experience

Education

• High School Diploma (REQUIRED)
• Bachelor’s Degree (PREFERRED)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $36.78

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
