Job summary

Psych Hub, LLC is seeking a high-impact Sales/Partnerships professional to expand our footprint with national payers and regional plans. You will leverage existing relationships, map accounts, and drive multi-year contracts while coordinating with clinical, product, and customer success teams to deliver measurable value.

You will own complex deal cycles, craft compelling solutions for payers, and lead regional market growth with founders and senior leadership support.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to health plans or payer organizations.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and drive expansion.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Understanding of how payers are organized and buy.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage national payer accounts and regional plans.
• Map existing payer accounts and identify expansion opportunities.
• Build durable relationships with leadership to secure renewals and expansions.
• Lead enterprise-wide agreements with founders and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with clinical, product and customer success teams to deliver results.
