In this role, you will coach consultants, define KPIs with clients, and oversee technology implementations such as claims processing systems and data analytics tools, while traveling up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PBM operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience within the health industry focusing on technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of clients' PBM operations to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and support data-driven strategies aligned with client goals.
• Apply pharmacy regulations and best practices to guide client compliance.
• Evaluate technology solutions to improve PBM operations, including claims processing systems and data analytics.
• Manage technology implementation workstreams and integration into client operations.
• Define KPIs with clients, monitor impact, and drive performance improvements.
• Coach and direct a team of consultants and analysts.
• Stay informed about health industry trends and regulatory changes.
