Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PBM operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience within the health industry focusing on technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of PBM operations to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop data-driven strategies aligning PBM with client goals.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and industry best practices.
- Evaluate technology solutions to improve PBM operations and analytics.
- Lead and manage integration of technology into client operations.
- Define KPIs with clients and monitor performance improvements.
- Coach a team of consultants and analysts to drive continuous improvement.
