Travel up to 80% with a focus on healthcare clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in PBM operations.

Develop data-driven strategies aligning PBM ops with client goals.
Apply pharmacy regulations and industry best practices to guide compliance.
Evaluate technology solutions to improve PBM ops and automate processes.
Manage workstreams and integration into client operations.
Define KPIs with clients and monitor impact for improvements.
