Accenture is seeking a Health PBM Operations Manager to lead assessments, design data-driven strategies, and guide clients through PBM optimization. You will apply pharmacy regulations, evaluate tech solutions, and manage implementation workstreams across client operations.

Travel up to 80% may be required as you collaborate with healthcare executives and consultants to drive performance improvements, KPI alignment, and sustained operational excellence in PBM programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PBM operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in the health industry focusing on technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of clients' PBM operations to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and support data-driven strategies aligning PBM operations with client goals.
• Apply pharmacy regulations and industry best practices to guide client compliance.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve PBM operations.
• Manage technology implementation workstreams and client integration.
• Define KPIs with clients and monitor performance improvements.
• Coach and direct a team of consultants and analysts.
• Stay informed about health industry trends and regulatory changes.
