Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Health PBM Operations Manager to drive optimization of PBM operations and implement data-driven strategies for healthcare clients. You will lead a team of consultants and analysts, aligning regulatory requirements with performance KPIs and technology solutions.

The role includes travel up to 80% and collaboration across strategy, operations, and technology to transform client performance and outcomes in the health sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in PBM operations.
Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience within the health industry with focus on technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments of clients' PBM operations to identify optimization/growth opportunities.
Develop and support data-driven PBM strategies aligned with client goals.
Apply pharmacy regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Evaluate technology solutions for PBM operations, including claims processing, data analytics, and automation.
Manage technology implementation workstreams and integration with client operations.
Define KPIs with clients and monitor performance improvements.
