Qualifications

• 2+ years’ member outreach, health care marketing, and/or other health education experience.
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
• 1+ years of experience working with data
• Ability to work independently with a high attention to details
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• 2+ years’ experience using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member outreach to ensure effective use of health plan benefits
• Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, and in writing
• Support HEDIS quality initiatives and regulatory requirements
• Assist in abstraction of supplemental data and medical record capture
