We are looking for an experienced healthcare attorney interested in a rewarding, remote, part-time professional opportunity with our AV-rated boutique health law firm based in Georgia. See littlehealthlaw.com. We have a multi-jurisdictional practice.

This position provides a unique opportunity for a quality health law attorney capable of autonomously handling full responsibility for direct handling of client matters involving transactional, corporate, contract, employment, and compliance work in a health law context, typically for medical practices, physicians, med spas, and other healthcare-related businesses.

The role may involve issues such as corporate practice of medicine, management services agreements, and other healthcare transaction matters.

The ideal candidate will be seeking a long-term relationship, be a self-starter, highly motivated, with relevant health law experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service to keep our clients satisfied.

Georgia law license is required. Salary is negotiable.

Qualifications include:
