Job summary

Oracle Health Consulting is seeking a Senior EHR Solutions Trainer & Subject Matter Expert (Clinical / Revenue Cycle) to support federal healthcare deployments in the United States. Travel up to 100% may be required.

You will deliver engaging training, translate clinical workflows into practical instruction, and guide adoption through go-live and sustained use. A nursing/healthcare background with EHR experience and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, learning and development, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Six or more years of relevant clinical, healthcare training, consulting, or EHR experience.
• Current clinical license (e.g., RN) and hands-on clinical practice.
• Experience delivering EHR training in healthcare settings.
• Experience coaching learners and supporting end-user adoption.
• Experience with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex clinical and technical concepts clearly.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain government clearance; travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for diverse roles and skill levels.
• Deliver deployment, go-live, refresher, and sustainment training.
• Create and update job aids, facilitator guides, and exercises.
• Apply adult learning principles to improve engagement and retention.
• Translate complex workflows into practical training.
• Identify knowledge gaps and adoption barriers; propose solutions.
• Coach trainers and ensure training standards across the program.
• Track training measures and report progress to teams and leaders.
• Align training with solution design and business goals.
