Job summary

Kodiak Area Native Association (KANA) seeks a Health Information Technology Manager to oversee training, support, and optimization of Cerner, Dentrix, and CareLogic. You will align clinical workflows with IT solutions and lead cross‑department collaboration for successful program implementation.

You will establish training processes, ensure continuity of services, and drive efficiency across health operations, reporting to Health leadership and collaborating with vendors and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics or related field; 3–5 years in clinical systems.
• Leadership experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
• Strong EHR background, preferably Cerner, Dentrix, or CareLogic, and HIPAA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and support for Cerner, Dentrix, and CareLogic across the organization.
• Develop and enforce training programs and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with IT, clinical leadership, and vendors on system updates and adoption.
• Ensure continuity of services through cross-coverage and staff development.
• Lead the adoption of new programs and maximize health operations efficiency.
