Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in health information technology, health information management, health informatics, information systems, healthcare administration, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• Three years experience working with electronic health records, healthcare information systems, clinical informatics, healthcare data, or a related field.
• Supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of the EHR and related health information technology applications.
• Leads or participates in health information technology implementation and optimization projects.
• Coordinates with vendors and partners to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.
• Supports orientation and system training for new employees and providers.
