Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead front-line teams, manage workflow, and ensure QA across client sites in Vancouver, WA. You will supervise staff, coordinate with leadership, and optimize service delivery for payors and health information management workloads.

You will drive staff development, handle escalations, and collaborate on process improvements, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and data quality across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum Leadership, Customer Service and Data Entry and Release of Information/HIM experience.
• Well-versed with HIPAA standards.
• Power BI and MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Audit Team receiving requests from Payors.
• Review data and provide client and leadership solutions.
• Manage requests from the Risk Management Team of the client.
• Lead client locations and plan for fluctuating needs.
• Oversee escalation calls from centralized call centers.
