Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead client-facing teams across three Illinois sites. You will train staff, manage workflow, and ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling while maintaining quality for Payor requests.

Responsibilities include escalating issues, auditing data, and collaborating with leadership to improve processes. This role offers full benefits and a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to support clients and your Team working both on-site and remotely.
• 1-2 years of Health Information related experience
• Well-versed with HIPAA standards.
• A knack for presenting to leadership, clients, and your Team via Video or in person.
• Solution provider and forward thinking
• Detail and quality oriented as it relates to accurate and compliant information for medical records.
• Power BI, MS Office

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a growing team across multiple sites.
• Manage workflow and maintain quality assurance for clients and service delivery teams.
• Review data and provide client and leadership solutions.
• Handle escalated situations from centralized call centers.
• Lead Audit Team which receives requests from Payors.
• Collaborate with leadership on issues, opportunities, or challenges.
• Plan for fluctuating needs at client locations.
• Oversee escalation calls and participate in project teams.
