Datavant in Utah seeks a Service Delivery Supervisor to lead frontline HIM teams across multiple sites, manage workflow, ensure quality, and train staff while collaborating with leadership.

The role emphasizes HIPAA-compliant processes, coordinating with risk management, and delivering client-ready solutions; strong communication and data-entry accuracy are essential for success in a hybrid on-site role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Health Information related experience or equivalent
• Well-versed with HIPAA standards
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a team
• Experience presenting to leadership, clients and team via video or in person

Responsibilities

• Lead a teams, managing workflow and maintaining quality assurance expectations for clients and Service Delivery teams
• Document information on multiple platforms using two monitors
• Lead Audit Team which receives requests from Payors
• Review data and provide client and leadership solutions
• Manage requests from Risk Management Team of the client
• Be the leader of client locations and plan for fluctuating needs
• Oversee escalation calls from centralized call centers
• Participate in project teams to advance operational initiatives
• Coordinate with location management on complex issues while building relationships
