The position requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in Health Information Management, and experience coaching teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of current Health Information Management experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience leading workflows and coaching employees.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and information confidentiality laws.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email, and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead HIM team and oversee daily health-information operations.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, confidentiality, and security of records.
