• Minimum two years of experience in a health care setting or service venue.

• Supervise HIM staff scheduling, performance, coaching and discipline.
• Oversee EHR maintenance, record completion, security and data reporting.
• Serve as liaison between HIM, Informatics, Performance Improvement and Medical Staff.
• Define policies to ensure information governance and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor ROI processes and compliance with HIPAA/privacy guidelines.
• Collaborate with IT and departments to improve information workflows.
